So I'm Making Some Serious Progress With This Template.

However, there is a bug. And I'm not talking about that picture that I am using for my title background. In IE you can see a rectangle of background above the title. That should not be there. If I try to add a border to the actual "content" in Firefox, that same background shows up too. If I can fix that, I can go further with what I want to do with this web page. I really hope I can figure out what is wrong. If anyone has insight into this issue, please email or leave a comment in this entry. Other criticisms too.
