Linux?

I got an absolutely terrible grade on my most recent Computer Science lab as a result of bad scripting, and some bug that screwed up my carriage returns...I got some points refunded after talking to the professor, but it still isn't close to a "good" grade. I deserved a 100! >:O. So I'm going to find a good Linux distro for folks like me: that is, folks who haven't installed Linux before. O, I am slain!
